The first HTP Series data now published Researchers from the Netherlands and Sweden have recently published data measured using our HTP Series analyser in Acta Materialia; this is the first HTP data to appear in a refereed journal. The work focussed on the characterisation of Mg-H2 nanostructures formed from the hydrogen-induced disproportionation of Mg24Y5. Thermal desorption spectra (TDS) were measured using a HTP1-S to determine total hydrogen contents and to determine the activation energy for the desorption process through the use of Kissinger plots. The article can be downloaded now from ScienceDirect. Hydrogen desorption studies of the Mg24Y5-H system: Formation of Mg tubes, kinetics and cycling effects Please complete our enquiry form if you require further information on the HTP Series analysers.
